Happy Friday everyone! This week went by so quickly for me (thanks to a 4 day work week)! Hopefully there will be lots of sunshine heading our way! Can’t wait to have late eats, long sleeps and yummy drinks. Planning on making delicious white sangria (1st time) for a friend’s jewelry party tomorrow evening. Hopefully it will turn out =) Wish me luck!

I’m totally loving these DIY paper pom poms from Martha Stewart….would love to have them for my wedding….

Have a lovely weekend! <3!

The weather has been depressing lately and there has been no signs of summer heading our way. I’m staying positive and getting prepared. One of the things I have been looking for lately is a small grill that I can tote around with me to parks and small gatherings.

Modern Mini Grill from Anthropologie

Isn’t this just so cute! And in my favorite color..limegreen!

Inoshishi Hibachi Grill from Anthropologie

This one is interesting and love the concept of it. However, not too sure how I feel about grilling food on the back of a piggie.

Seed bombs from Anthropologie

Can’t wait to get some of these seed bombs! No need to dig, just pop them into a pot. I planted my first strawberry plant a couple of years back and without any attention it grew and produced sweet strawberries. I hope these will be just as easy!

Hiyah! I have started my own online accessory store for unique, affordable accessories for everyday life. I have recently become intrigued with accessories and realized that it doesn’t have to cost a fortune to re-vamp an outfit. Sometimes accessories are all we need to makeover a wardrobe . All pieces are carefully selected therefore selection and quantity is limited. Please feel free to take a look and email me with questions! xoxo loves!

Roaming Dragon Food Truck

The long weekend went by ever so quickly. It was a packed 3 days with lots of eating and spending time with family and friends. Started off with great food from Roaming Dragon food truck.  Two of us girls with Pork Belly Sliders, Korean Shortrib Tacos, Soba Salad and Lychee Lemonade.

The Pork Sliders were delicious. Flavorful and the pork was juicy. The Soba Salad was a little spicy for me and hid the other flavors. The Shortribs tacos were great and the lemonade was very refreshing on a sunny day!

Hello Mr. Sunshine! It’s finally getting warmer and I’m loving every minute of it. Love the sun on my face and eating outside! I was brutally sick this past weekend but got better in time to enjoy the last bit before heading back to work.

chips, salsa, guacamole from Lolita's

Started off last weekend at Lolita’s with some delicious guacamole and chips. The chips were fried on the spot and fresh.

fresh mango juice

Loved the atmosphere and vibe of this place. They are open for late night so definitely a good place for food and drinks on the weekends. Can’t wait to return and try their cocktails.

phnom penh attack

Yes, there is 4 orders of butter beef and 4 orders of chicken wings on the table. I was a little worried when the boys first ordered. Thinking “really?? 4 orders of both?” But we demolished it=) I would have the say the girls held our own! P

Love this Pop- Up bowl popcorn. So convenient! Straight from the microwave, just tear off the top and popcorn time! A perfect snack for watching the Canucks play.

Coming up is long weekend and I have so much that I would like to do..hopefully I can squeeze it all in 3 days !

Have a wonderful Thursday everyone!

hightea at Fairmont

so different yet so similar…..<3!

Had a lovely tea time with the family for Mother’s Day. The scones and mini croissant sandwiches were definitely the  stars of the afternoon. Warm scones with whipped butter and strawberry jam makes me giddy….

On Sunday morning, dodo had a lovely surprise for me by her bed before our walk…a HMD card (hmm..i wonder who wrote it for her??) Thank you to you both <3!

new addiction...honey apple butter

Say hello to my new addiction….honey apple butter from Traders Joe. I have been dipping, drizzling, sipping on this the whole weekend. Surprisingly more apples than honey and butter in this jar of goodness. Wished I had it for my scones at high tea.

Hope everyone had a lovely weekend celebrating, eating and of course loving your moms!

Sugar Bun from Giovane Cafe: sugared sweet bun filled with vanilla pastry cream. May acquainted me with this delicious, sugary, vanilla, melt in your mouth goody last week and now I can’t stop thinking about it. The best $4 I have ever spent…..<3!

With the weather warming up, it finally feels like spring.

Loving this….gold for spring.

Currently, really craving Beecher’s “World’s Best” Mac&Cheese. When I stopped by their Seattle location  couple weeks ago they had a full house of people. They make their cheese right in store and you can smell the goodness blocks away. Located in Seattle’s Pike Place they serve paninis, soups and of course the World’s best Mac&Cheese!

bubbly, hot, gooey goodness *droolssss*
